One of Corsica’s most legendary producers. Raised in Patrimonio, following his father as a grower. He started his own winery in 2004, focused on Patrimonio. This terroir, “E Croce,” sits on a thin chalk soil above a thick bedrock of pure schist, facing the gulf of St. Florent. 80% Niellucciu and 20% Grenache, from vines planted in 1999. 12 hour saignée, fermentation in stainless, no malo.
